The moon naturally draws some blessed souls towards himself. They are the Moonchildren. Their connection to the moon is unlike the rest. Moonchildren are strongly connected to the moon. They often share their grievances and joys with the Moon. He also listens patiently to these children. Many a times, gives them solution to their problems and helps them choose in situations of conflicts. Only the blessed Moonchildren can pick the hints sent to them by their lucky charm, the Moon.
Our story revolves around one such blessed soul, Samiksha Sharad Chatterjee, born in a well to do Bengali family in Kolkata. Her uncle Mohandas Chatterjee raised Samiksha after the demise of her parents at a tender age of twelve. She heard from her family and friends how people turn into stars after leaving this earth.
While exploring for her parents among the stars, she befriended the quiet, beautiful, lonely yet extraordinarily charming like her, the Moon. Since then, his company became her happy place to escape from the world. Gently enveloping her in his cool light, he provided her comfort which humans could not. She spent hours talking with him, sharing her experiences, opening her heart out to him. Then one fine day, she met the love of her life, unexpectedly.
This story will take you all through the unusual, dramatic journey of our Moonchild‘s life. Are you ready to witness a beautiful love story set in the backdrop of the city of joy, Kolkata?
