Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing great and tried my recipes too 😊. My new recipe is mouth melting cookies. These mouth melting cookies will melt deliciously in your mouth, and you will crave for . . yet one more.
1 Cup Castor Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Melted Cow Ghee Or Unsalted Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Cornflour
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
All Purpose Flour As Required (Approximately 750 gms)
Take a large steel or glass bowl. Add ghee, sugar, vanilla essence and cornflour. Whisk all with a whisking machine for about 5 minutes till the mixture is smooth. Now add all purpose flour to this mixture part by part till you get the desired texture.
Now keep the bowl covered with a lid for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, pre heat your microwave at 180 degree celcius.
Meanwhile, take a baking tray and grease it with ghee. Take a part of the cookie dough big enough for cookies to fit in the tray.
Now there are two options. One, you can make small balls and bake them.
Or else, roll out the dough with around 8mm thickness. Use a butter paper or a parchment paper below so that you can easily lift up the cookies. You can use cookie cutter molds or simply use a knife to give rectangular or square shape to the cookies.
The oven must be pre heated by now. Place the cookies in the baking tray leaving enough gap in between each as the cookies will rise later. bake the cookies for 16 to 17 minutes at 170 degree celcius.
When the top of the cookies crack, they are ready to be removed from the oven. Remove all in a dish and allow them to cool for nearly 7 to 8 minutes. Even if the down part of the cookies might feel soft, do not worry. They will harden gradually after cooling down.
