By far we all have the same basic needs, one of them being food. Being a foodie, I love to cook sometimes too. I discovered this passion in me during the lockdown. Through trials and experiments here are some unique but tasty and memorable recipes for you all. I have inherited this passion from my beloved mother and my caring elder sister Sushma, who is also my second mom. Definitely, I am not even near to what miracles they do in the kitchen. Yet I have tried to explore this passion for cooking. Here I am sharing with you all, some of my favorite recipes. Undoubtedly, these are tried and tested.
As a foodie, I believe in the mantra, that you should eat what your mind craves. Hence you will not find details of the ingredients. I mean the number of calories, carbohydrates, fats, etc in them. When your stomach truly wants any dish, feed it. Remember God. Enjoy.
My personal favorite dishes
are 10-hour – dosas, onion uttapams, and idlis. Also, wet coconut masala gives divine flavor to curries in adding to them. Do try some of my favorite recipes in your kitchens too.
