#19 The Bliss Of Falling In Love
One of the scenes, very close to my heart 🧡. This is just after Mehek’s confession to Shaurya Khanna, about her feelings for him. After coming home, she is in another world. She expresses her joy by dancing with her family members. Its an imagination of Mehek, the world doesn’t exist for her. The scene is picturised beautifully, magically and aesthetically.
Mehek imagines Shaurya there, and smiles all the time, thinking about him. When she comes to her room, she imagines him there too. And the two spend some blissful moments, even though its in an imagination. The trance that Mehek is in, is shown beautifully in the scene.
The song Main Pareshaan, from the film Ishaqzaade is played in the background. Frankly speaking, after seeing any scene where a Bollywood song is used for Mehek and Shaurya, all I remember is their scene, not the original.
She imagines, Shaurya is offering her a cup of tea. And she says yes for it. When her aunt calls her, she comes out of the dream, and enters reality. But the long lasting smile on her face tells everything . . . That she is in love.
Later when she comes to her room, she is full of the joy she is experiencing in the current situation. When she sees him lying next to her, she is overjoyed, and her dream continues. Some cute, blissful moments between the two are an eye candy.
Last but not the least, right now we have seen only Mehek’s confession to Shaurya Khanna.
When he confesses to her, its equally breath taking and treasurable.
